I’m Veronica, and I have been craving a place on the Internet, where beneficial habits meet gorgeous thoughts, healthy obsessions, and wellness. This is the blog that will guide you to fall in love with your body and life again.

When I turned 30, a seismic shift occurred in the way I viewed my body. I noticed the tiny wrinkles I earned, and instead of freaking out, I touched my fingertips to them with love. It feels like it was only yesterday when I was an 8-year-old playing with princess makeup and eventually got bored and instead used the makeup on paper instead of my face. Healthy Gorgeous has been bubbling beneath the surface for years, and it is finally here!

Why Do You Write Stuff?

I originally aimed to start Healthy Gorgeous years ago, as it’s currently a working manuscript. After postponing the launch several times, simply because I could not seem to strike the right balance between embracing one’s self without focusing on the need for products. The realization struck me like the best stroke of highlighting gel I’ve ever used. I live to discover healthy, gorgeous new products. I also live to love my skin and my body. I’ve created this space where together, we can simultaneously embrace our natural, authentic, and most gorgeous selves whilst celebrating the habits and healthy obsessions we love along the way.

Here, at Healthy Gorgeous, we celebrate #SelfcareSaturday, #WellnessWednesday, and #FridayFaves.

Saturdays are for noting weekly achievements and healthy ways to unwind and recharge.

Wednesdays are for everything mind, body, and soul.

Fridays are for my favorites. My favorite blogs, books, authors, films, and other wonderful randomness will be featured. 

Do you have that skin cream or water bottle that’s your healthy obsession? I do too! That’s why my favorite brands are tagged #HealthyObsession everywhere on the Web, with those rave (and not so great) reviews are not sponsored. I only review cruelty-free products because I’m obsessed with these guys: ?????. And no, I won’t review companies that sell to mainland China, mostly because I refuse to buy those products.
